Coolum is home. We've been looking after community theatre here since 2022, along with weddings, milestone parties and the odd beach event that needs to be heard over the surf.

Being based in Coolum means we know the halls, the clubs and the beach access points. It also means we can be there early for a bump-in and back the next morning for pack-down without it costing you a travel day.
Community theatre is a big part of our Coolum work: radio microphone packages, sound design and an operator for the season, run to the same standard as a professional show.
Sunshine Coast Sound is run by Jack Scandrett, a senior sound engineer with 16 years in AV and major touring productions.

Elegant venues are styled for a reason. Our job is to make the speeches, music and vows heard without the room looking like a gig. Theatre has taught us how to make the tech disappear.
Theatre-style cable routing: run behind drapes, under rugs and along skirting, taped and dressed so guests and staff never see or trip on them.
Wireless microphones and battery-powered speakers, so there's nothing to plug in by the arbour, the lectern or the end of the jetty.
Slim, high-quality speakers that sit quietly against the décor and still fill the room cleanly, placed by an engineer rather than parked on tripods.
Site inspections for premium events. We walk the venue first, find where the gear can hide and, where the house system is good, plug straight into it.

Delivery and set-up are priced into our delivered packages anywhere on the Sunshine Coast. Dry hire collections are from Noosaville, by arrangement.
