We arrive well before the family, set up in the place the celebrant or director asks, and test everything quietly. A microphone on a stand for the eulogies and readings, with a second at hand for anyone who wants to speak from their seat. Music ready to play at exactly the moment it's needed, and to fade when the words begin.
If there's a photo tribute, it's assembled the night before from whatever the family sends, checked, and run from our laptop so nobody has to find the right file at the lectern. If family are watching from interstate or overseas, a discreet camera and a private link carry the service to them with clear sound.

We take the audio straight from the microphones, so a daughter in London or a brother in Perth hears the eulogy as clearly as the front row, and the camera is placed with the family's wishes in mind.
You receive a private link to share however you like. The service can be watched live or later, and a recording is sent to the family afterwards.

A graveside committal added to any service, a second screen for a large hall, and sound for the wake afterwards are quoted simply on request. Sunday and public-holiday services are the same price.
We work from your brief, arrive before the family, and keep to the running order. For services at halls, gardens and beaches without their own systems we can be your standing AV — one call, a fixed price, the same crew each time. Ask about an account.
Photos, video and music can be emailed or shared by link in any order and any format, up to the evening before. We assemble it, put it in the sequence you want, and check every file plays. If the family would rather bring it on the day, we'll have a backup ready regardless.
