Arrival music and a lit entrance; a wireless microphone that reaches every table for the principal, the captains and the awards; a screen for the year slideshow; then a system with real bass for the dance floor, lighting that changes with the music, and an operator watching the level so it stays inside what the venue allows.

Function-room systems are built for dinner music and a speech. For a dance floor of two hundred we bring a system sized to the floor, set the level from the boundary the venue cares about, and hold it there all night — arranged with the venue's coordinator beforehand. The DJ gets a good-sounding rig at a sensible level.

Resort ballrooms and function rooms from Noosa to Caloundra, surf clubs, the convention venues at Twin Waters and Maroochydore, and school halls dressed for the night. Ask your venue coordinator — if we've worked the room, they'll say so.
Send the venue, the date, the numbers and a run sheet if you have one. You'll get a written quote the committee can take to the business manager, with one number and everything included. We'll also send the four questions to ask the venue about power, load-in and their noise limit.
For the speeches, probably not. For a dance floor of two hundred, the ceiling speakers won't do it and the venue knows that. We bring a system sized to the floor and keep it inside their limit.
