We bring our own system into the room, tuned to it, with an engineer who stays on the desk. The venue's team are happy to see us; it's one less thing that can go wrong on their night too.

Extras: a second room or breakout, LED screen for a large ballroom, live streaming, a second engineer, a stage, a photo backdrop, and rehearsals the day before. Everything is quoted in writing first, and we'll tell you if the venue's own kit covers part of it.

We're based in Coolum and travel is built into the quote. For a venue we haven't worked, we do a site visit or talk to the events coordinator about power, load-in and the in-house system before we quote.
Sometimes. In-house systems are built for background music and one microphone. For a panel, a band, a stream or a room over a hundred people, a dedicated engineer with their own kit is what stops the day going wrong. We work alongside the venue's team happily.
Yes. Public liability cover with a certificate of currency for the venue on request, and test-and-tag on every lead.
