Most bad installations were sold from a catalogue: two big speakers on the front wall, a rack in a cupboard, and a mixer nobody understands. The room was never measured, the volunteers were never asked, and it feeds back every Sunday.
We start with the room. Where people sit, what happens in it — speeches, a band, a film night, a funeral — and who'll be pressing the buttons. Then we choose speakers that cover the seats evenly at a sensible volume, put the wireless on frequencies that work in your building, and make the controls simple enough to laminate on a card.
The kit is the brands we hire and trust: Meyer Sound where the room deserves it, Yamaha or JBL where the budget matters, Sennheiser and Shure wireless, Allen & Heath mixing.

Afterwards you ring us. We keep spares for what we install, and because we hire the same brands we can lend a replacement the same day while a repair is done.

Church and hall committees often ask us to look over another installer's proposal — whether the speakers suit the room, whether the wireless will work in the building, and what's been left off. That review is free, and we'll tell you if the other quote is good.
Often the speakers are fine and the problem is a mixer nobody understands, wireless on the wrong frequencies, or a room that was never tuned. A half-day of tuning, a new wireless system and a simpler control can fix a hall for a fraction of a rebuild. We'll say so if that's the case.
